This website ad-helper.work (the "Site") is operated by LEE HA EUN (Business Name: 강물소리 / "Gangmulsori"), a sole proprietor registered in South Korea (the "Company").

This Refund Policy provides guidance on refund terms and procedures related to paid subscriptions for the Ads Helper AI service (the "Service") provided by the Company.


1. Scope of Application

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Premium Plan monthly subscriptions
  • Premium Plan annual subscriptions
  • Other paid services

2. Refund Eligibility Period

Consumers may request a refund within 30 days from the day after the transaction completion date, subject to the exceptions below.

Digital Content Immediate Provision Consent: This Service provides digital content that is immediately made available. By downloading or otherwise acquiring the Service, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement. However, your rights to a refund as provided by applicable laws are protected.

Note: For subscription services, the right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  1. Eligibility Period Expired: When more than 30 days have passed from the day after the transaction completion date
  2. Digital Content Started: When digital content has been started to download, stream or otherwise acquire
  3. Automatic Subscription Renewal: For subscription services, the right to cancel is not available upon automatic renewal
  4. Fraud, Refund Abuse or Manipulative Behavior: Refunds may be refused if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior is found
  5. Terms of Service Violation: Service use restrictions due to Terms of Service violations
  6. Pending Payment Dispute: Disputes already in progress through credit card companies, etc.

4. Refund Application Method

4.1 Application Procedure

  1. Email Submission: Send refund request email to contact@ad-helper.work
  2. Required Information:
    • Registered email address
    • Payment date
    • Payment amount
    • Reason for refund
  3. Review and Response: Review and response within 3 business days
  4. Refund Completion: Refund processed without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel

5. Refund Processing Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Refunds may be delayed due to circumstances of the payment processor (Paddle) or financial institutions. In such cases, the Company will provide separate notice to users.


6. Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)

To cancel subscription without a refund:

  1. In-Service Cancellation: Cancel subscription in account settings
  2. 48-Hour Advance Notice Requirement: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us here at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. If this requirement is not met, the cancellation may apply at the end of the next billing period.
  3. Cancellation Effect: If the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period, the next payment will stop at the end of that period.
  4. Remaining Period Use: Service available until current billing cycle end date

7. Exception Refund Cases

Refunds will be considered regardless of the eligibility period in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: Duplicate payment due to system error
  2. Minor Payment: Payment by minors without legal guardian consent
  3. Other Company Fault: Service unavailability due to clear company fault

Important: This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of refund-related disputes:

  1. First contact the Company by email (contact@ad-helper.work)
  2. If consultation fails, resolve through Consumer Protection Agency or competent court

9. Payment by Wire Transfer

Orders where payments are made via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

However, refunds may be considered at the Company's discretion if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The transaction amount (including sales tax) or the sales tax refund is $/£/€100 or above
  • The refund request is received within 60 days after completing the purchase
  • A valid sales tax registration number is provided

All refund requests for wire transfer payments received after 60 days from the date of the Transaction will not be processed.


10. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be modified according to changes in applicable laws and service policies. Changes will be announced through service notices and take effect 7 days after the announcement date.
