This Refund Policy provides guidance on refund terms and procedures related to paid subscriptions for the Ads Helper AI service (the "Service") provided by the Company.
This Refund Policy applies to:
Consumers may request a refund within 30 days from the day after the transaction completion date, subject to the exceptions below.
Digital Content Immediate Provision Consent: This Service provides digital content that is immediately made available. By downloading or otherwise acquiring the Service, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement. However, your rights to a refund as provided by applicable laws are protected.

Note: For subscription services, the right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Refunds may be delayed due to circumstances of the payment processor (Paddle) or financial institutions. In such cases, the Company will provide separate notice to users.
To cancel subscription without a refund:
Refunds will be considered regardless of the eligibility period in the following cases:
Important: This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
In case of refund-related disputes:
Orders where payments are made via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
However, refunds may be considered at the Company's discretion if all of the following conditions are met:
All refund requests for wire transfer payments received after 60 days from the date of the Transaction will not be processed.
This Refund Policy may be modified according to changes in applicable laws and service policies. Changes will be announced through service notices and take effect 7 days after the announcement date.
